*Rules & Regulations*
- 1. Students must be polite and tolerant of other students in class. We live in a multicultural country; therefore, we should make an effort to learn from others cultures and enrich our own.
- 2. Students must arrive ten (10) minutes prior to the start time of their classes, and come back to classes in a timely manner after scheduled breaks.
- 3. In case if any parent/guardian misbehaves with any staff member of the Ramjeet Kalavati Educaton center Pvt.Ltd.(R.K. Classes), the student can be rusticated from the Institute. The decision of the Director in this regard will be final and binding on the student/parent. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.
- 4. If any student does not pay the fee on the due date as mentioned in the prospectus or is defaulter in the fee payment, he/she shall be stopped from attending the classes. It is therefore, in the interest of the parents & students that they should deposit the fee on the due dates mentioned.
- 5. The use of cellular phones is forbidden in the classroom as well as during lectures.
- 6. Food(Chewing Gum) and beverages(Colddrinks etc.) are forbidden in the classroom.
- 7. Student should be in proper dressing.
- 8. Students should bring all necessary stationary materials and text/workbooks.
- 9. Parent are requested to visit the institute personally once in a month on any sunday in morning from (9AM to 12PM) and in evening from (5PM to 7PM).
- 10 Fees once paid will neither be refundable and nor tranferable in any circumstances.
- 11. Please make cheque payment in the favor of "Ramjeet Kalavati Education Center Pvt. Ltd."
- 12. If any damage is made to the properties of the center, compensation will be charged.
- 13. Writing on walls/Benches is strictly prohibited, any student found doing so will be punished and parent will be called.
- 14. Student are not allowed to carry any costly items in classroom.
- 15 Students have the responsibility to read all classes notices from notice board (www.myrkclasses.com) and bring them to their parents’/guardians’ attention.
